As the owner of Etiquette & Company, Shirley Willey has helped more than 25,000 men and women put their best foot and fork forward since 1990.

No stranger to the national media, Shirley’s been a guest on The Oprah Winfrey Show, Oprah OnLine, The Leeza Show, CNBC, and has been featured in The Wall Street Journal, Washington Post and the Los Angeles Times.


Shirley has presented hundreds of workshops throughout the United States helping university students, transitioning military men and women, Fortune 500 company executives and emerging leaders. She has also worked extensively in the field of correctional education, social services and the service industry.
 

Highlights of Shirley’s career include paving the way as Aerojet-General Corporation’s first spokeswoman, where she specialized in media relations and employee communications for the Solid Propulsion Division. For ten years she directed media relations for Mercy San Juan Hospital, where she was responsible for community health forums, advertising, media relations and special events. Shirley completed graduate studies at the University of California at Davis, where she also taught undergraduate students. Prior to UC Davis, she graduated with honors from California State University, Sacramento, with a degree in Communication Studies.
